A Northbeach Native
Bruce has been living in the North Beach community of Seattle for over twenty-five years. He was drawn to the area because of it's natural beauty and close proximity to outdoor recreation. Having owned two homes in the neighborhood and having remodeled both extensively, he is a firm believer that this is one of the special places in our city. Year round, Bruce enjoys spending his spare time outdoors, and in the summer on the beach with friends & family.
Background in Construction & Building
Over a period of ten years, as a principal at North Beach Design LLC, Bruce was involved in various remodeling projects around the area. These projects included major home additions, kitchen remodels, new bathrooms, decks & basement build-outs. His background in construction and design translates beautifully into informing clients about their visions of changing homes in today's real estate market. He is easily able to identify strengths and weaknesses in homes and see potential for custom improvements.
Avid Outdoors Person
Bruce has been spending his winters skiing at Stevens, Crystal Mountain, and Whistler/Blackcomb Mountain, enjoying company on the hill and working on his turns in the steeps and deeps. His passion for skiing has taken him to Sun Valley, Utah, Oregon and started back on a small icy hill in upper New York state. During the warmer months of the year he has spent time hiking the trails in the Cascades & Olympics, climbing the peaks of the Pacific Northwest and kayaking in nearby lakes and on Puget Sound.

Teaming up with his wife, Liz Talley, Bruce is part of a dynamic sales team helping both buyers and sellers.
