I moved with my family to the Seattle area from Wyoming when I was in grade school. I went to highschool in South Everett at Mariner Highschool and then on to the University of Washington where I earned a B.A. in Sociology in 1998. Since then, I have lived as far south as Tacoma and as far north as Mukilteo while I currently live in the Greenlake area. I just recently married and we hope to spend the rest of our lives here in beautiful Seattle.

I operate my business as an advisor and counselor. I inform my clients of all of the available options, the ramifications of each, and faithfully follow the course of action that they direct me to take. My years of sales experience allows me to help my clients avoid the many pitfalls that can interfere with the home buying/selling process. Since time is of the essence in real estate transactions, I am rarely "off duty". If I am ever on vacation or otherwise unavailable, I make arrangements to have my clients assisted by a competent, friendly associate in the same manner that I would assist them myself. I can assure you that no one is more motivated than I am to deliver top quality service during the real estate transaction.
