Hello! Welcome to my website! My family settled in the Northwest in 1888 and I grew up on Capitol Hill in Seattle, part of the fourth generation of Grimms with eight brothers and one sister. I attended St. Joseph School, Seattle Prep and Washington State University. I spent the early part of my working career in the restaurant/tourism business, later in the tech field and then came home to real estate. I followed my mother and two of my brothers in to this business of helping people through the transactions of buying and selling their homes. Presently, my wife and I live in the Arbor Green neighborhood in Northwest Seattle near Carkeek Park.

I am partnered with my good friend Patti Hill and Windermere Real Estate. Patti and I work out of the Ballard office of Windermere NW Inc.and by law we can help you with your real estate needs anywhere in the state of Washington, but for the most part we practice real estate through a partnership with past clients who refer us to their family and friends in the northern parts of the greater Seattle-Bellevue area which also includes south Snohomish County as well. If you live outside of these areas we have a great relationship with REALTORS that practice to the same exacting standards that we employ in other parts of this state and throughout the country.

Buying or selling real estate with an agent is a partnership as well and we (Windermere, Patti and I) believe in the concept of intra-dependence, which means that we can’t comfortably go through life without helping each other – in other words a partnership. In this case that requires you to trust us to provide you with our vast array of knowledge and information so you can be empowered with as much information as it takes for you to make the right choices for your real estate transactions. It's our core philosophy that it’s a good life, but with each major event in one's life usually means a change of address, whether it's a recent graduation from college, a wedding, a growing family or the unfortunate demise of a loved one. When life changes, we usually take stock of those important issues that affect our daily lives and the buying or selling of a home usually comes close to the top of the list.
